Jun. 23--HORTON'S FW PLANS ON HOLD: D.R. Horton isn't moving its head...uarters to Fort Worth, at least not now.
But Chairman Don Horton hasn't abandoned the idea.
"I'd still like to move on down the freeway," he told Star-Telegram columnist Mitchell Schnurman last week. "We'd like a campus site where everything is there" at one location.
D.R. Horton has grown steadily for 25 years and became the country's largest home builder in 2002. Its north Arlington head...uarters are in an unusual semicircular building at 1901 Ascension Blvd. that the company picked up in a 1993 fire sale.
