Aerospace Systems Maker, Union Reach Tentative Pact at Rockford, Ill., Plant.

Jun. 24--Hamilton Sundstrand and the union representing some 800 workers at its Rockford, Ill., plant have reached a tentative contract agreement that could bring an end to a more than one-month-long company lockout.
The union workers are slated to vote Wednesday after hearing details of the proposed agreement from local and international leadership.
If the pact is approved, workers would be expected to return to work Thursday.
Neither the company nor the union would discuss details of the tentative five-year-agreement before it presented to the membership.
