Jun. 30--$32 MILLION APARTMENT COMPLEX SLATED FOR BARTRAM PARK: In another signal that development is spreading deeper into southern Duval County, Birmingham, Ala.-based Daniel Corp. confirms that it intends to develop a $32 million, 380-unit apartment complex on almost 34 acres in Bartram Park, along Bartram Park Boulevard.
Bartram Park is south of St. Augustine Road, west of Interstate 95 in South Jacksonville. It's a neighbor to Flagler Center, the business park where Baptist Medical Center and Citibank are developing a major presence to join other corporate developments.
