Thai Development Group Ready for Major Push.

Jul. 24--Sansiri Plc plans to begin sales of 15 new residential projects worth almost 20 billion baht at a company housing fair from Aug 7-10.
The 15 new projects will comprise approximately 2,000 units of premium townhouses, detached houses and condominiums. Among them, 10 percent will be developed by its subsidiary Plus Property Partners Co, said Sansiri president Sretha Thavisin.
"Almost 20 billion baht in sales from 15 new projects are expected to be realised over the next two years, of which 30 percent will be recognised by the end of this year," he said.
