Jul. 25--Bill Baxter, the founder of Bs...uare hardware and software company, yesterday said he would relin...uish his role as chairman and chief executive and return to what he does best, work on technology as the Bellevue company's chief technology officer.
He will be replaced by Brian Crowley, the company's current vice president of product development. Donald Bibeault, an independent consultant with expertise in turning around underperforming companies, will become chairman.
Baxter said he is stepping into his new role for a couple of reasons.
