Jul. 26--SAVOY SIGNS ON AT FIRST STATE: Clay Savoy has joined First State Bank as vice president and operations manager.
In his new position, Savoy will oversee all backroom functions of the bank, including bookkeeping, customer-service support, item processing, information systems, ATM and debit-card processing, Internet banking, wire transfers and and compliance issues.
Savoy joins First State with more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a background in bank operations and regulatory compliance.
