Englewood, N.J., Lottery Winners Fight in Court to Keep $25 Million Jackpot.

Jul. 29--A battle over a $25.4 million lottery jackpot began in a Hackensack courtroom Monday, as two groups claiming the winning ticket accused each other of greed and deception.
"The case simply revolves around the ...uestion of credibility," said Sheldon Liebowitz, attorney for 20 lab technicians from Englewood Hospital and Medical Center who claim the jackpot is theirs. "It's a matter of who is telling the truth and who isn't."
The hospital workers say a colleague bought the winning ticket, then gave it to an Englewood couple he knew to avoid splitting the money with the pool members.
