Telemarketer to Sell, Rent Back Charleston and Beckley, W.Va., Sites.

Jul. 31--TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc. wants to sell its Charleston and Beckley facilities, rent the spaces from the buyer and use the proceeds to steady the company for looming do-not-call regulations that threaten the telemarketing industry.
TeleSpectrum, based in King of Prussia, Pa., hired Goldman and Associates to find a buyer for the sites in the Southridge business park on Corridor G and on Grey Flats Road in Beckley. TeleSpectrum wants $4.2 million from a buyer who must purchase both properties, a spokesman said.
