TOT Corporation Rejects TelecomAsia's All-in-One Billing Plan.

Aug. 15--TOT Corporation yesterday rejected TelecomAsia's call for control of its own billing and collections, sparking off a new round of conflict between the two operators over concession terms.
TOT president Sittichai Songpiriyakit said in a statement that TA could not launch its "Pack Bill" system as all billing was the responsibility of TOT under the terms of the existing concession.
TelecomAsia operates 2.6 million fixed lines in Bangkok under a revenue-sharing concession granted in 1991 by the former Telephone Organisation of Thailand.
