Regulators Say Baby Bells Must Share Phone Networks, Not Broadband.

Aug. 22--In a decision that will determine what consumers pay for telephone and Internet services for years to come, federal regulators ruled Thursday that states can force the former Baby Bells to share their phone networks with competitors but not their broadband systems.
