The largest independently operated convenience store chain in the Southeast said Monday it has signed an agreement to ac...uire 138 convenience stores operating under the name Golden Gallon from Royal Ahold, USA. The terms of the deal, which is scheduled to close in the fourth ...uarter, were not disclosed.
Golden Gallon, which operates 90 stores in Tennessee and 48 stores in northwest Georgia, last year generated about $375 million in revenue.
