Ritz-Carlton Ranked Top Hotel Chain in Overall Guest Satisfaction by Survey.

Aug. 27--Hotel guests really do find the Ritz-Carlton chain ritzy.
That's the conclusion of 13,000 business and leisure travelers surveyed by J.D. Power and Associates, which ranked the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co., the Chevy Chase, Md.-based parent of the Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas, the best in overall "guest satisfaction" among 54 different hotel chains.
J.D. Power's 2003 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study also ranked Ritz-Carlton, which operates 54 hotels and resorts worldwide, highest in every luxury segment including pre-arrival, guest rooms, food and beverage, hotel services and departure.
