Nevada Power Sets Deadline for Renewable Power Proposals.

Aug. 6--An executive with a national renewable power organization told Nevada officials on Tuesday that incentives and other benefits from photovoltaic solar panels could result in a 40 percent cost savings over 20 years for schools, small businesses and offices.

George Sterzinger, executive director of the Renewable Energy Policy Project in Washington, D.C., made the comments during a presentation to the Nevada Renewable Energy Task Force in Henderson.
