Aug. 1--BNC Bancorp announced Thursday that the company has met all re...uirements for listing on the Nasda... Small-Cap Market and that Nasda... has approved the company's Small-Cap Market application.
BNC Bancorp will begin trading on the exchange today and will continue to trade as before under the ticker symbol BNCN.
BNC Bancorp is the parent company of Bank of North Carolina, a $331 million commercial bank that provides banking and financial services to individuals and businesses through full-service banking offices located in Thomasville, Archdale, Lexington, Kernersville and Oak Ridge.
The company has previously traded under the Nasda... Bulletin Board....
