Sep. 1--After going ahead with plans to develop the luxury-home Tesoro community, The Ginn Co. is back again, this time with an oceanfront project called Watersong on Hutchinson Island.
Ginn wants to build its presence hereabouts, said Ryan Julison, communications director for the Celebration-based developer.
"We are looking for as much as we can find in the Treasure Coast," he said. "It's a great area for us."
Enter Watersong. The project's plans call for 91 home sites -- 61 have ocean views -- that sell for between $200,000 to $500,000, said Mac Triplett, sales and marketing vice president for Watersong.
