Lieberman Rolling Out Health Care Blueprint.

Sep. 2--WASHINGTON--Health care as a political issue, says Washington analyst Tripp Baird, is "huge."
But, he ...uickly adds, "it's also a ...uagmire."
Joe Lieberman will introduce his health care blueprint at a Silver Spring, Md., elementary school today, a plan expected to cost about $55 billion annually and provide help for unemployed workers and children.
Lieberman, who will call his plans KeepCare and MediChoice, will immediately face even more challenges than his Democratic presidential rivals already have.
