Jacksonville Bancorp of East Texas Declares Cash Dividend.

Sep. 10--Jacksonville Bancorp, Inc. announced its board of directors on Tuesday declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per share of its common stock, payable Oct. 10 to stockholders of record Sept. 30.
The owner of Jacksonville Savings Bank, Jacksonville Bancorp conducts business through eight branches throughout East Texas and its home office operations in Jacksonville. As of June 30, it had assets of $471.7 million, liabilities and deferred income of $427.8 million and stockholder equity of $43.9 million.
Jacksonville Bancorp trades on the Nasdaq composite index under the symbol "JXVL." Its stock rose 2 cents Tuesday, closing at $37.20.
