Outpatient Center Is Third Such Project Announced in Dallas Area.

Sep. 10--Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas plans a medical plaza at the edge of Heath that will include a center for X-rays and other imaging and the third outpatient surgery center to be announced in Rockwall County in recent weeks.
The more than 40,000-square-foot Baylor Medical Plaza, planned for six acres at FM549 and FM3097, will also house doctors' offices. It is scheduled to open in the second half of 2004.
The center will be built and owned by the Trammell Crow Co., which manages and leases all of Baylor's real estate, said Crow principal Robert McFarlane.
