Sep. 11--Every couple of years, a piece of gadget technology comes along that makes you go, "No way!" The Rio Nitrus ($300), the latest tiny digital music player to vie for popular attention, is one of them.
It just looks too small to hold that much music.
We tech lovers have been constantly adjusting our ideas of what's possible over the last five years, as digital toys have gotten smaller, cheaper and more capable. Meanwhile we tech reviewers have been left scratching our chins week after week, trying to decide what pocketable household item is roughly the size and shape of the latest wunder-gadget.
Deck of cards? Stick of gum? Zippo lighter?...
