Sep. 14--By the time Atlanta native Scott Taylor was 35, he had made a mark on his hometown's skyline.

As president of local firm Holder Properties, Taylor helped get the Prominence in Buckhead and Millennium in Midtown office towers off the ground. All told, Taylor was involved in the development of 7 million square feet valued at $850 million during his 12 years at Holder.
