Centex, Del Webb Builders Tie for Top Consumer Ranking in Sacramento, Calif.

Sep. 18--Centex Homes and Del Webb Group tied for first place on customer satisfaction, according to J.D. Power and Associate's second annual ranking of Sacramento-area builders.
Dallas-based Centex also ranked tops last year, the first in which J.D. Power surveyed Sacramento-area new home buyers.
"I've never seen my sales manager hug my construction manager before," said an elated Jack Hood, president of Centex's local division.
