Pulte Homes Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey on Las Vegas-Area Builders.

Sep. 18--Pulte Homes ranks highest in customer satisfaction for the fourth consecutive year among 26 Las Vegas-area builders, J.D. Power & Associates' 2003 survey, released Wednesday, shows.
Following Pulte in the rankings are: Del Webb, KB Home and Perma Bilt, respectively. Notable improvements from 2002 in Las Vegas include: William Lyon, Astoria and Kimball Hill, who were fifth through seventh, respectively.
Overall satisfaction in Las Vegas is up 9 percent over 2002 and builders achieved the second-highest rating among all markets.
The top five cities were: Phoenix; Las Vegas; Austin, Texas; Tucson, Ariz.; and Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.
