Sponsor Sports Drink Promotion Revived in Thailand.

Sep. 20--Red Bull Beverage Co has resumed promotion of its Sponsor sports drink for the first time in five years to protect its market share from being eroded by Gatorade, which is re-entering Thailand this month.
Sanit Wangvicha, marketing manager for Sponsor at Red Bull Beverage, said the company would spend 20 million baht on the "Enjoy Stamping, Winning Prizes" marketing campaign from October to March. During the period, every purchase of 250ml and 325ml cans of Sponsor gives the consumer a chance at a gift and a draw for a Land Rover Freelander.
