SCC Ponders Virginia Power Bid to Join Pennsylvania Grid Firm.

Sep. 30--The State Corporation Commission says it will consider Dominion Virginia Power's application to join the PJM Interconnection but wants more information about potential costs and benefits.
The state commission also expressed concern that deregulation activity at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission could change the costs and benefits associated with Virginia Power joining Pennsylvania-based PJM, a regional transmission grid operating company.
