HSBC Bank USA Names New Top Executive.

Sep. 29--HSBC Bank USA's top executive is moving on to South America, after overseeing the Buffalo-based operation during four years of tremendous change.
Youssef A. Nasr, the president and chief executive officer, was named group general manager of South America and president of HSBC Bank Brazil.
The change was part of a chain of high-level moves at the London-based financial powerhouse, whose 6,000 local jobs make it the Buffalo Niagara region's biggest corporate employer.
