Broomfield's 80020 ZIP Code Leads Metro Denver in Buyer Interest, Study Says.

Oct. 15--A national online residential real estate brokerage released a report showing Broomfield's 80020 ZIP code leads all other Denver metro area communities this year in terms of drawing interest from potential home buyers.
Houston-based eRealty.com based its conclusion on the number of registered eRealty users through September who have saved a specific ZIP code within their home search criteria. About 1.5 million people use eRealty nationally, with roughly 5,000 of those hailing from the Denver area.
Three Littleton communities made the Denver top 10, as well as two Golden ZIP codes, eRealty said. That Broomfield ranks first is a bit surprising,...
