Northwest Center Lands Courthouse Contract in Seattle.

Oct. 24--Building the new federal courthouse is a big job. Keeping it shipshape will be an even bigger one.
The courthouse in downtown Seattle, which opens in June, will have 23 floors, landscaping and a reflecting pool and will need a lot of mopping, polishing, trimming and weeding.
That job will go to 15 or so employees of the Northwest Center as part of a federal program that sets aside jobs for workers with disabilities. The agency provides services and work programs for people with ...
