Bicycle Racer Settles Suit against Glen Cove, N.Y., Video-Game Publisher.

Oct. 28--Professional bicycle motocross racer Dave Mirra and Acclaim Entertainment settled the suit the rider filed six months ago against the Glen Cove video-game publisher when he charged that the company improperly used his image and name to promote a risque title, both sides said yesterday.
The suit, which had been filed in U.S. District Court in Central Islip, sought at least $21 million in damages for using Mirra's name and likeness alongside BMX XXX, a bike-riding stunt game that was controversial for its "mature" rating and real footage of topless dancers.
