Disney-Owned, Orlando, Fla.-Area Community Sets Third Home Sales Record.

Oct. 28--It's official: Disney's Celebration community set a record for the number of home sales for the third straight year.
For the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, builders in the community completed more than 350 home sales with a total value of more than $120 million.
Perry Reader, president of The Celebration Co., Disney's community development arm, said 1,946 houses have been sold since 1996.
Those sales have totaled more than $600 million, with an average sales price for a home of more than $300,000.
