Former Toledo Banker Is New CEO of Exchange Bank in Luckey, Ohio.

Oct. 29--LUCKEY, Ohio--Vic Proffitt, a former vice president of mortgage lending at Fifth Third Bank in Toledo, has been named president and chief executive officer of Exchange Bank, effective Jan. 1. He will replace Jeffery Robb, who has been interim president and CEO since November, 2002.
Mr. Proffitt has been director of development for the Salvation Army of Northwest Ohio since January, 2001. Previously, he was with Fifth Third for 32 years and then took an early retirement. Exchange Bank, historically profitable, experienced some loan and financial losses in 2002.
