-- John Arnold and James West-Herr have joined Rainbow Valley Design and Construction in Eugene as designers. Both attended the University of Oregon school of architecture.
-- Gary Danner has joined BowTech, a Eugene-based maker of compound bows and archery equipment, as chief financial officer. He will provide overall financial management, inventory control and financial analysis, and help the company develop strategic plans. Danner previously served as director of finance and materials logistics at Sony Disc Manufacturing in Springfield.
