News Corp. Division Sues Minnesota-Based Firm over Business Interference.

Nov. 8--A year after giant News America Marketing In-Store and Maple Grove-based Insignia Systems Inc. settled their legal differences in a dispute over in-store advertising and promotion, the parties are at it again.
In a lawsuit filed last week in New York federal court, New York-based News America is suing Insignia for allegedly interfering with its existing and prospective business with retailers. Specifically, the suit accuses Insignia of doing business with the Kroger and Chopper supermarkets that interferes with News America's exclusive contracts with those grocers in promoting specific packaged goods products.
