Nov. 12--MARILYN HAGGERTY-BLOHM, an executive manager and consultant with 16 years in governmental and non-profit leadership, was appointed executive director of the Greater New York chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.

Haggerty-Blohm joins CCFA after five years as executive director of the Center for Animal Care and Control, the largest such organization in the country. Prior to that, she was deputy director of former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's Office of Operations, and also held other official positions.
