State Investment Group to Lend $400,000 to Allentown, Pa.-Area High-Tech Firms.

Nov. 25--A regional high-tech investment agency said Monday it would lend more than $400,000 to three early-stage local companies.
The Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania will support the following companies, officials said:
--GlucoLight Corp., which is at the agency's business development incubator on the Lehigh University campus in Bethlehem.
GlucoLight will receive $150,000 to help develop a prototype for a noninvasive glucose test. The product will allow diabetics to measure glucose levels from skin fluid, rather than blood samples.
--RCD Technology Corp., which is also at the Lehigh incubator.
