Dec. 3--Natividad Medical Center lost a huge potential revenue source Tuesday with the defeat of Measure Q, and county officials will be meeting within the week to decide what to do with the struggling county hospital.
"The hospital is still going to function," said Supervisor Lou Calcagno, though he and others weren't ready to speculate Tuesday on exactly how Natividad will stay afloat in the face of continuing cost increases and diminishing reimbursements.
