Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Announces Management Changes.

Dec. 6--Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. has announced 11 management changes as part of a long-term succession strategy for Milwaukee's largest non-public company.

"One of our goals in all this is to continue to broaden and deepen the experience of our senior management team and to ensure that we are preparing the future generation of company leadership," said Ed Zore, president and chief executive officer.

Although Zore, 58, is not near the company's mandatory executive retirement age of 65, the changes, which take effect Jan. 1, place several senior officers in position to be considered to eventually succeed him. They include:
