Premier of China to Visit Middleton, Mass., Dairy during State Visit.

Dec. 10--MIDDLETON -- When Premier Wen Jiabao of China comes to do business in Massachusetts today, he's not visiting EMC Corp., Gillette Co., Staples Inc., or any other big company.
He's coming to see Paul Richardson's cows.
Wen has been promised a firsthand look at American advances in milking machine technology, said Richardson, 56, the eighth-generation owner of Richardson's Ice Cream in Middleton. Richardson said he will demonstrate "udder-attachment" at his 16-station milking parlor -- that is, he'll treat the cows with a sanitizing solution to resist infection, and he'll show how the machines automatically detach to avoid tissue damage when a cow's milk stops...
