Bellevue, Neb., University Partners with Gallup to Launch Online College Major.

Dec. 17--Some companies teach their corporate philosophies at new-employee orientation or imprint them as inspirational verses on coffee mugs. The Gallup Organization will soon spread its ideals through a new college major.

Friday, the research and consulting firm with its operational headquarters in Omaha will officially launch a partnership with Bellevue University to offer an online program modeled on Gallup's management methods.

Bellevue University students will be able to major in "strengths-based management," taking courses with names like "applied management research for practicing managers" and "creating and maintaining the engaged customer."
