Toyota Unveils Much Larger Concept Truck at Detroit Auto Show.

Jan. 5--DETROIT--Toyota must be tired of the truck taunts.

When Nissan Motor Co. introduced its Titan pickup at last year's North American International Auto Show, officials vowed that their Titan would never be a "seven-eighths" truck -- a clear reference to Toyota's Tundra, the smallest pickup in the full-size segment.

But the segment runt may soon be getting a serious dose of steroids. At this year's Detroit auto show Sunday, Toyota introduced its FTX pickup concept -- a truck that's bigger than the Titan and Ford's new F-150.
