American Airlines Federal Credit Union to Expand Charter.

Jan. 12--American Airlines Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, will expand its field of membership starting Friday.
Motivated in part by the troubles in the airline industry, the nearly $4 billion credit union plans to announce this week that it will serve not just employees and families of American Airlines Inc. but anyone who works in the air transportation industry in the United States. This would include employees of airlines, airports and government agencies such as the Transportation Safety Administration.
The credit union, with 200,000 members, is the eighth largest in the country. But officials said...
