T.G.I. Friday's Franchisee to Sell 11 Indiana Restaurants.

Jan. 10--The Indianapolis-based owner of 11 T.G.I. Friday's restaurants is selling them back to their Dallas-based parent company, but plans to continue helping the chain's expansion in Indiana.
A 40-year restaurateur, Sandy Levinson is working with Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Inc. to close the deal within a few weeks, Levinson said Friday. Terms of the deal between the privately held companies were not disclosed.
Levinson Restaurant Corp. operates five T.G.I. Friday's in Indianapolis and locations in Evansville, Terre Haute, South Bend, Mishawaka, Fort Wayne and Hobart. Carlson has 723 restaurants under various T.G.I. Friday's brands worldwide --...
