Arden Hills, Minn.-Based Insurance Firm Loses Corporate Name in Merger.

Jan. 15--MSI Insurance of Arden Hills has merged with Country Insurance & Financial Services of Bloomington, Ill., creating a more far-reaching firm but eliminating a familiar Minnesota corporate name.
MSI's 400-employee Arden Hills office will remain, operating under the Country name, and will double its territory to eight states. Officials of both companies said employment likely will grow at the Minnesota office.
