Former Haitian Military Leader Arrested in Orange County, Fla., for Murder.

Jan. 15--A former head of Haiti's military, who ran tourist boats at Walt Disney World while dodging arrest at home for mass murder, was picked up early Wednesday in Orange County.

Jean-Claude Duperval will be deported to Port-au-Prince within days, according to the federal Department of Homeland Security. A court in the island's capital sentenced him in absentia in 2000 to life in prison for the killing of political protesters.
