Orlando's Largest Carrier Delta Air Lines Loses $332 Million in 4th Quarter.

Jan. 15--Delta Air Lines Inc. on Wednesday reported a narrower fourth-quarter loss on higher revenue but said it faces "many hurdles" in becoming profitable again.
Delta, the largest carrier at Orlando International Airport, said it lost $332 million, or $2.69 a share, in the three months ended Dec. 31, compared with a loss of $367 million, or $2.98 a share, during the same period of the previous year.
Gerald Grinstein, the airline's chief executive, called its performance "disappointing."
Excluding one-time items such as the costs related to the planned sale of 11 Boeing 737-800 aircraft, the nation's third-largest airline lost $1.71 a share in the...
