CD Warehouse Inc. Auction Gives Bidders Chance to Buy Assets.

Jan. 26--The assets of Oklahoma City-based CD Warehouse Inc. go on the auction block today as several parties will bid for control of the bankrupt company.
Bidders could include the company's former chief executive and a group of franchisees.
The music reseller, which filed for bankruptcy in July, owns 52 stores and franchises another 200.
CD Warehouse representatives declined to comment on the bidders' identities, saying only "more than one bidder" would be at today's auction before U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Niles L. Jackson in Oklahoma City.
