Winter Weather Still Affecting Transportation Systems in Virginia.

Jan. 28--If you've had a hard time starting your car this week, you're in high-flying company: Even Delta Air Lines suffered equipment failure this week at Richmond International Airport.
One of Delta's two de-icing trucks broke this week, contributing to at least 10 flight cancellations Monday and yesterday.
"Unfortunately, it was a part that Ford did not stock," said Delta spokeswoman Katie Connell, and had to be special ordered and shipped in by UPS.
The de-icing truck was fixed yesterday and Delta -- the second-busiest airline in Richmond -- was back in business.
