Jan. 29--ANDREW J. O'CONNOR III has succeeded his father, Andrew J. O'Connor Sr., as president of the outplacement and career counseling firm Andrew J. O'Connor Associates, Parsippany. The elder O'Connor, who is retiring, founded the company 22 years ago with his wife, Betty.
Andrew O'Connor Sr. has many years of human-resource experience. Educated at Rutgers University, he holds undergraduate and master's degrees in business administration. He has held senior corporate positions in human resources, including director and vice president with W.R. Grace, ITT, PPG Industries, and C.R. Bard.
