Bostonians Love Dunkin' Donuts, But Traffic, Crowds Can Leave Bitter Taste.

Mar. 22--Among the items hopping off the shelves of Dunkin' Donuts these days: raspberry white chocolate scones, cranberry orange muffins, oatmeal raisin pecan cookies.

What, no tied-up traffic turnovers? No problematic parking pastries?

After all, along with coffee and confections, traffic snarls and parking scrums appear to be the order of the day at a number of the many Dunkin' Donuts shops sprinkled around the Hub, some residents say.

"It's absolutely ridiculous," says Michele Timmons, a 34-year-old executive assistant from Dorchester who drives her black Chevy every morning past the Dunkin' Donuts at 75 Old Colony Ave. in South Boston on her way to work...
