Chief Counsel Steps Down at Islandia, N.Y., Business Software Firm.

Mar. 30--Computer Associates International Inc. yesterday confirmed that 12-year veteran Steve Woghin would step down as its chief counsel, but said he would remain with the company in an unspecified role.
The Islandia business software company said the move was based on unspecified "circumstances and conversations" between Woghin and Sanjay Kumar, CA's chairman and chief executive. In a statement, CA said based on those matters, Kumar "told" Woghin he "would look for a new general counsel." He remains in his post until a replacement is found.
