Apr. 1--THOMAS C. GREGOR, central and northern New Jersey regional president for PNC Bank, National Association, has been elected treasurer of the New Jersey Bankers Association, a trade association representing 80 New Jersey banks.
Gregor served on the association's board of trustees before his election as treasurer at its recent convention in Florida.
He is a member of the group's JebPac Management Committee and a former member of the Government Relations Committee.
